Changing the tone, language and how much you write can be easy ways to make your messaging more appropriate for the intended audience. It also gives you the ability to help a customer recognise when a trigger has happened — that ‘I need this’ moment.

📡It is also very important for your to recognise that a large portion of your target persona may not be ready to make the purchase just yet. It takes time — but stick with it.
