My day to day work focuses on Strategy, Audit and Implementation for Corporations, SME’s and Enterprises to achieve Business Growth with Digital Innovation, UX Messaging, Automation, Systems & Online Ecommerce with a love for RPA Robotics & Solutions.

After taking A-Levels in English, Sociology & Media, I left college to work full time at the tender age of 18.

My journey in Consulting began in 1998 working in Pharmaceuticals as a Student Registration Officer, being promoted at 21 to Premises Registration Manager and then having a child. In my experience being a returnee and raising a family can hinder a woman’s career and impede her career prospects. Through my working career I as many have had:

  • Tragedies, betrayals, and challenges

  • Lack of support

  • Adversities

I took my Prince 2 in 2007 when I transitioned into Project/Programme Management and Business Analysis. I upskilled to Digital Technology/Digital Product Owner Management

One of the things that have been a pleasure is giving back and returning to my University to Mentor on a Graduate Enterprise Program.

Having an adaptable and growth mindset is imperative to grow, especially as a woman in tech. Personal and professional development is at the touch of your fingers with an internet search these days and is as vital for your career path as is work and technical talent and skills.

I am very fortunate to work in a career in which my degree is a major, however, there are many routes and career paths open. I am on a mission to provide inclusive, diverse, honest, and Innovative services, products, training, education, tools, and strategy to business owners, corporations, enterprises to become profitable, sustainable, and scalable.

Career Transitioning and Forecasting market development and Emerging Technologies

I obtained my degree in 2004 in Marketing & Advertising and then began my career in Project Management in 2006 with the Department of Health and in 2008 began working with Kings College supporting the CRisP Biomedical Research Centre. Holding various Freelance Consulting roles.

Whilst on maternity with my second child in 2010 I returned to studies as an Adult Educator, going on to upskill in Digital Marketing, Copywriting, Business Analysis, Online Marketing, and PMO Management. 

In 2013 I began my career in Business Analysis, Transformation and Digital Transformation and Program and Product Management. In 2014 after covering brief secondment at John Lewis, I joined the Public Sector, working in Project & Programme Management. Consulting from 2015 - 2016 and Launching a Management Consultancy in 2015 and Agency in 2016. In 2019 I founded a Technology Innovation Hub focused on Digital Transformation, Technology enablement, Digital upskilling, and Robotic Automation Solutions.

I help and consult Universities, Corporations, Business Owners, SME’s, Enterprises, Consultants, Organisations, and Coaches offering Online, Digital, Remote, and Virtual Training and Consultation. 2021 I Lecture and Volunteer as a mentor for the University of the Arts and Enterprise Nation.
